SeapixOnlineDisplaying 1 of 1 SNS CANTABRIA (A15) a 19500grt replenishment oiler operated by the Spanish Navy to support the Spanish fleet. She was laid down in 2007 and commissioned in 2010. She is operating in Australian waters during 2013 in support of the RAN while the Australian oiler ship HMAS SUCCESS is undergoing maintenance. This follows the signing of an agreement between the Australian and Spanish govenments and also allows Australian personell to familiarise themselves with sytsems similar to those on Spanish-designed ships currently on order for the RAN.
