After 40 years service on the NZ coast, WESTPORT was sold in September 2016 to SMT Shipping of Poland and renamed FJORDVIK. In November 2018 she went hard aground on the western shore of Iceland as she was entering the port of Helguvik while under pilotage. She suffered a hull breach and oil spillage.
