SeapixOnlineDisplaying 1 of 1 M.V. GUNNER - built in Picton by R.E. (Ernie) Lane in late 1930's, early 1940's. Requisitioned by the NZ Air Force during and used to tow targets for gunnery practice. Afterward she worked as a fishing boat and also delivered mail to Hauraki Gulf islands. Converted for private cruising in the 1970's, she is seen here in pristine condition heading out from Auckland.
