FLAVIA (1947/15465grt/IMO 5116139, ex-MEDIA (Cunard). Renamed FLAVIAN, LAVIA) berthed in Southampton, UK astern of Sitmar Line's CASTEL FELICE (1931/12150grt/IMO 5065512, ex-KAREN, KENYA for British India Company, FAIRSTONE, KEREN, HYDRA. She was scrapped in 1970). Built as the Cunard cargo-liner MEDIA, she was the first trans-Atlantic vessel to be fitted with stabilisers.
